My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff showed exceptional customer service and the pools were large and clean, the rooms unfortunately fell short of the standard expected from a five-star establishment. The dining options were decent, but the breakfast lacked variety, and the location was not as vibrant as hoped.
I had mixed feelings about the hotel. On one hand, the location is great for accessing Volos, and the pool area is lovely. However, the room I had was outdated and uncomfortable, which really took away from my experience. The dining options didn't meet my expectations, especially given the quality of nearby restaurants. Overall, a bit overpriced for what was offered.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location is decent and the outdoor spaces are pleasant, the room conditions were not up to par, and the service we experienced during the convention was unacceptable. Additionally, the overall value for money was lacking, especially considering the expectations for a 5-star hotel.
